Day 5 – Bamiyan to Chagcharan

We departed Bamiyan early in the morning, driving for about 10 hours to reach the small town of Chagcharan. To reach the Minaret of Jam, this was our pit-stop where we spent the night, continuing onwards the next day.

The road from Bamiyan to Chagcharan is unpaved and goes through the mountains making it a slow and bumpy ride all the way.

We arrived at our hotel (Wasim Hotel) located close to the banks of Hariund river in the evening, and called it a day after dinner at the hotel.
