Airport terminals and lounges are important to any traveler, especially after long flights, in terms of stretching your legs and some times grubbing some decent food (if your airline didn’t provide one). Most airlines have their lounges in main airports and if you’re a part of the frequent flyer program with that airline or alliance then you may get free or discounted access for free wi-fi, coffee or a snack. But not all are free.

Recently launched app, LoungeBuddy will let you know all the information you need for airline lounges on airports, with details like costs, amenities and directions to the lounge. It does not plot the location on an airport map, which could be helpful. Note that this app does not show restaurants or cafes on any airport.

You can display results by all (available lounges on the airport), accessible (for travelers who are not a part of any frequent flyer program yet like to access) and free (that are accessible free!); and if you’re looking for the ones with specific amenities like wi-fi, TV, breakfast, etc. then just add filters.

The app has an easy-to-use, iOS7-ish layout that also provides reviews of lounges from other travelers. Just select your starting airport, any connecting ones and destination, and you can browse all the selected airports’ details.
