Visa exemption between Mexico and Brazil

March 20, 2013

Mexico and Brazil

Source: Forbes.com

Mexico and Brazil have agreed to exempt ordinary passports for short-stay visas.

The visa requirement for Brazilians had been in force since 2005, and from May 2010, Mexico applied CHM immigration to those citizens with a U.S. visa. Moreover, the Migration Documentation Information System (SIDOMI) and the System of Electronic Authorization (SAE) allowed Brazilian tourists and businessmen to obtain electronic visas.

This achievement will allow for an increase in visitors to Mexico from Brazil.
