jeansinfreezerWe always encourage packing light for easier and efficient travels, and if you are packing one pair of jeans in your packing list then, depending on the length of your trip, you’d want to keep it clean. With the exception of undergarments, most clothing can survive at least a second day and retain a clean feeling. Jeans last even longer, especially if you can toss them in a freezer overnight. Yes, that’s correct!

According to Apartment Therapy, all you need to do is crush off all the dust or stains off of the jeans, fold them, put them in a plastic bag, push all the air out, empty the pockets, and then place the bag in the freezer. The cold temperature effectively kills the bacteria you picked up when wearing them, keeping your jeans feeling clean.
