Good location, good service, but rooms are ok
There are rooms in this hotel that range from semi-luxury to backpacker-cheap. This simply means that depending on the price you’re willing to pay, you can get a range to choose from. All the rooms come with bathroom and TV. The price doesn’t include breakfast, but they have a restaurant at the lobby level where you can get a breakfast of two scrambled eggs, OJ, toast & 2 small slices of bacon for GTQ 30.

Don’t expect hot water in the shower, and even after complaining to the friendly-manager, it didn’t really help! Also the room we were in didn’t have any power outlet except for the one on top of the wall, next to the TV. So we had to get on a chair to charge the phones!

The location of the hotel is on Calle Santander, which is the main drag right in the center of the town. Walking distance from the shoreline and ferry terminals, this is a great place to stay if you’re in Panajachel.
