Skype offers free wifi on selected US airports

December 19, 2011

Skype

Skype

We are a huge fan of Skype for making all those free calls (to US over Wifi) while traveling. So this holiday season, Skype is offering free wireless internet in more than 60 airports through Skype Wi-Fi in United States.

The deal runs from December 21st through December 27th and will allow you to connect to third-party airport Wi-Fi services through Skype Wi-Fi, meaning all you’ll need is a Skype account (and not a different sign-in for every different airport wireless provider).

The promotion covers many of the country’s busiest airports including ATL, DEN, JFK, IAH, SFO. But if you are in LAX, LAS or DFW, you’re out of luck! Check out the complete listing of the covered airports.
