Megabus, the low-cost, popular bus service started services to and from Atlanta.

Many of the riders Wednesday said the biggest reason they are taking the trip is because of how inexpensive it was.

“With gas at $3.20 a gallon, you do the math and for 234 miles and you double that for a round trip and that’s a good deal and you get to relax and read a book or play on your iPod or what eve,” said passenger Brock Davidson.

Services like Megabus offers tickets as low as $1. Although they have limited routes that cover certain regions only, but a total of about $3-$5 on a trip from Philadelphia to New York or London to Cardiff for £7 is a steal. They offer services in United States, United Kingdom and Canada.
