Tips on using AirBnB for your next vacation rental

April 29, 2011

AirBnB

AirBnB

AirBnB is a vacation rental website that connects people who have space with those who are looking for a place to stay. Guests can build real connections with their hosts, gain access to distinctive spaces, and immerse themselves in the culture of their destinations.

Gizmodo has an excellent post from Seth Porges who is a senior editor at Maxim magazine, and an experienced New York City AirBnb host. Seth provides tips for renters and hosts on how to make the best of the website and its services. From listing your property on the site to using the social media for hosts, and booking a rental space to the etiquettes of being a good guest, the post is excellent for starters who has never used bed & breakfast hotels.
